Thrilled to top city colleagues
I’ll be working hard to retain the top spot after achieving first place for Number of Sales (Principal) and second place Dollar Value (Principal) at the Raine & Horne state awards.
While I’m regularly in the top three, to take on the Sydney offices and win, was totally unexpected and I’m thrilled.
Maintaining that position and keeping up the results in a tricky market will be the biggest challenge for the next 12 months. It will be a very busy year to hang onto this result. I put my success down to hard work, long hours and the right attitude. I also have a fantastic team, both at home and in my office.
My wife Dale puts up with me staying up late and getting up early. In some ways I am a workaholic but I am passionate about getting the best results for my clients - I guess it is ingrained into you.
My two assistants, Brianna Cassidy and Katrina Condie work hard behind the scenes liaising with clients, arranging marketing, driving social media, conducting open homes and boosting my online profile. We also have an excellent sales support staff, Michelle Mekrizis and Debra Appleton, who are very experienced and keep our Milton office running efficiently. As well as taking out the top spot in the NSW/ACT awards, I’m currently ranked number three salesperson (Number of Sales) throughout the entire Australian Raine & Horne network.
I certainly have a zest for real estate and a long list of returning clients who value my experience, local market knowledge and dedication to getting the best price in the shortest amount of time.
A big thank you to my fabulous team and my clients for their on-going support, energy and trust and my business partners Tony Hopper and Louise Monte for their ongoing support.
